- Pump it! -
I went to a 'Positive Psychology' workshop last night, and it was quite interesting. It gets you thinking about what is happiness and how it can be cultivated rather than 'attained'. Cultivation is the key word this week. I'm trying to cultivate positivity. So In my deliriously positive frame of mind, I agreed to go to Body Attack class again with my colleague. Last time I went, it was 6am and I was not a happy chappy. 6am was not a good time to be pushing myself and giving it my bestest. So I went this evening and I was half-pumped. Pro - I stayed the whole one hour. Last time, I just picked up and left. I decided that picking up and leaving will not be a part of my life and I'm going to persist with these ridiculous classes and hopefully some 'normal' gymming as well. I think, I may have a new love. That is, Tumblr. Am I even allowed to say that whilst blogspotting? Bah, me -ofallpeople- should be far from concerned... Tumblr will be higher maintenance, but prettier I think. And more interesting? I guess the interesting factor comes from me, so..fail. The Script concert is THIS SATURDAY and I'm fucking psyched. It will be awesome - I will be screaming like a TB, silently. . Blogspot con - you are meshing my paragraphs together!
